Policies

Policy Applicable to all orders:

• All sales are final. Exchange or Store Credit Only.
• If you would like, you can send us your fabric along with your measurements and we will get it embroidered with beads or coins, etc according to your choice.

Retail Policy:

• Retail buyers will have one month from date of purchase to exchange items provided they are in their originial condition.
• There is no exchange or refund on CD's
• Most items on our website are available most of the time and you can order them online.
• Due to popular demand, color, material quality, or size some items may not be available immediately.
• If you allow us, we will have your order custom made at no additional charge. It will take four to six weeks or less.
• If we cannot fill your order, we will inform you ASAP and will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom-order Policy:

• Custom orders take from 4-6 weeks or less, depending on the order. Other arrangements may be possible. Please check with us.
• Email/Fax us the details of your favorite style/design along with measurements and payment. If we are unable to get your specifications, we will refund your money.
• Advance payment equivalent to half of the price of the order will have to be made before we process custom orders.
• Balance payment will be due before the custom-order is shipped to you.
• All custom order sales are final.
• Exchange or store credit will be allowed.

Wholesale Policy:

• Minimum first wholesale order is $500.00 plus shipping.
• Wholesale buyers have to provide a copy of their tax number.
• Wholesale buyers are allowed to exchange items for upto one month from date of purchase provided items are in their original condition.
• Wholesale buyers do not need to pay extra for custom orders.

Shipping Policy:

• We ship Fed-ex, UPS and USPS.
• Customers pay for shipping and insurance costs.
• We can ship your order overnight (subject to availability).
• Shipping is charged according to the following table:
